The end of the year brings the usual reviews and reflections on our personal and professional achievements and challenges.
2022 was a particularly challenging year. This cycle began in a context of great unpredictability, and at a time when companies were adapting to the post-pandemic world, we were surprised by the war in Ukraine and soaring inflation.
At Pontual Group, we turned these challenges into an opportunity to reorganize internally, adjusting business areas and strengthening our teams’ skills – a commitment that will also be a priority in 2023.
In 2022, we always sought to respond to our clients’ challenges, and with our position in the national market consolidated, we began expanding into the Iberian market – a path we will continue to pursue in the new year.
We will stay alert to new market trends and strengthen our focus on areas that will continue to shape the future, such as artificial intelligence and automation.
In conclusion, I leave you with a quote from Charles Darwin: “It is not the strongest that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one that best adapts to change.” To this, I would add that it is those who dare to do differently and strive to do better.
I hope that, in a year that will also bring many challenges, you face them with optimism and the desire to continue innovating and improving our businesses.
