PONTUAL – IT Business Solutions starts the year with the creation of a new business unit dedicated to the HORECA segment (Hotel, Restaurant, and Café). The goal of the Point of Sales unit is to provide a comprehensive set of software and hardware solutions that meet the needs of the sector.
Directed towards the HORECA channel, PONTUAL’s new Point of Sales unit will offer clients a complete ecosystem of solutions focused on the sector’s needs. In addition to investing in software, through partnerships with ZoneSoft and Wintouch, the unit will provide hardware solutions that enable complete management of all business needs.
For Flávio Cruz, head of PONTUAL’s Point of Sales unit, investing in cloud or hybrid-hosted solutions is the way forward. “Our goal is to increase the range of cloud solution clients, as they represent a lower investment for clients in terms of hardware and, on the other hand, greater security of systems and data online.”
PONTUAL’s clients in the HORECA segment will thus be able to benefit from a set of all-in-one solutions, including services and printing equipment adapted to the sector, promoting greater agility, faster customer service, and greater service efficiency.
