The initiative, promoted by AETICE, aims to demystify concepts related to technology and innovation, and it was André Oliveira, Chief Technology Officer of PONTUAL, who addressed the concept of MSP.
So, what is a Managed Services Provider (MSP)? It was up to PONTUAL to present this concept in the program 90 seconds of technology, an initiative by AETICE – Association of Information, Communication and Electronic Technology Companies, broadcasted on Porto Canal.
During the approximately 90 seconds of the episode, André Oliveira, Chief Technology Officer, explained that an MSP is a provider of managed IT services for companies aiming to “achieve the desired level of performance and efficiency”, also highlighting the flexibility in service level as one of the advantages of working with an MSP.
